Organic Homemade Sports Drink

2 servings:

1 large organic lime, juiced (about 1/4 a cup)

4 good grinds of  SEA salt (1/4 tsp)

1 good squirt of agave (1/2 tsp)

Lime juice is for taste, salt is also to your taste, so is agave. This is a recipe you should try as making.

It is so refreshing when pregnant and satisfying. Pour over crushed ice and you’re set for a delightful beverage that baby and you can enjoy. I crave and seem to need this whenever the weather is hot.
