Trying the Ava Bracelet

I recently gave in to the Facebook ads and purchased the Ava Bracelet. I’ve been using it for about 2 months now and so far like it, but wish it did have some more capabilities.

For those who don’t know what the Ava bracelet is. “It’s a cynically proven way to track your cycle. By wearing the Ava bracelet at night for effortless insight about your fertility pregnancy and health.”- from website.

I love that now I don’t have to take and log my temperature every morning and it’s defiantly more accurate then my accounting, I’m sure. I love the app and the features to log when we have sex, my period details, etc… BUT I wish it did a better explanation of the additional numbers and how they pertain more to pregnancy and if the numbers are indicating a potential pregnancy or pregnant. Even with the complaints, I would however recommend it as it is like it says effortless to get key data that you need.

I do caution about getting caught up in the numbers or obsessed with them. I like it as a guide not the rule book. Sex needs to stay fun and this is more of an empowerment tool to help control your birth planning. Both for or not to get pregnant.

I swore after getting off birth control not to ever use it again- so toxic! This bracelet will be ideal in all aspects of birth control & planning. For now, I’m using it as a tool to get pregnant with Baby B #2.

More to come, but until I have more to report. My husband and myself will keep collecting data 😉
